Fred Lunger

Parker, Colorado

Fred Lunger has been creating bronze sculptures for the last 18 years. Sculpting challenges him to translate his ideas into a piece of artwork that allows the viewer to interact with it. He studied fine arts at Metropolitan State College in Denver and the Art Students League of Denver.

In 2011, Fred completed the permanent installation of Gathering Place in Alameda Square in Denver. In 2014, the city of Broomfield, Colorado, purchased River Otter. The Nordblom Company purchased one of his pieces during Carbondale, Colorado’s, 2023 Art Around Town. In 2022 and 2023 Fred participated in Art on the Corner in Grand Junction, Colorado, and in 2024 in Art on the Street in Lafayette, Colorado.
