James G. Moore
Wenatchee, Washington
After teaching art in public schools for 15 years, James Moore made the leap of faith to become a full-time sculptor in 2007. Since then, he has become recognized for his beautiful and award-winning bronze and multimedium sculptures. He is especially known for his bronze garden bells, which bring together western wildlife themes with an Asian aesthetic. He loves to make things that are functional and that draw people to interact with art in a physical way. Jim and his wife reside in Wenatchee, Washington, where they maintain a studio, take care of several pets, enjoy friends and family, and spend lots of time in the awesome outdoors.
