“I have spent my adult life working as an aerospace engineer. I am a ‘self-teaching’ sculptor, meaning that my new career is a continual process of growth.

“Archaeology, history, sociology . . . the sciences that describe human development fascinate me. I enjoy capturing the spirit and strength of Native people throughout history, especially women. I also love wildlife, because it reminds me of the vastness and awesome power of the natural world.
