Larry Felton

Larry Felton’s stone-carving tenure spans nearly 40 years. Since attending Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in the early 1980’s, he has been working in the fine arts. Larry creates unique abstract sculpture in a variety of exotic stones. His elegant forms blend symmetry, movement, rhythm, and stability with both geometric and natural sensibilities.

Working and teaching at the MARBLE/marble Stone Carving Symposium since 2007 has enabled Larry to share his carving knowledge and learn from numerous sculptors from around the world. Two of his larger stone pieces will be on display in both the Longmont, Colorado, and Fort Collins Sculpture on Loan programs this year.
