Mark Hopkins has sculpted since childhood in an astounding diversity of subjects and sizes. His work is known for its emotional power and motion and often appears to be suspended in midair. Mark is primarily self-taught. His work catapulted into the art world with amazing speed after he started his bronze foundry in 1988. Mark’s sculpture has been included in movies and television and curated by major corporations such as the Chicago Bulls and Coca-Cola, as well as celebrities such as Maya Angelou and Ron Howard. Mark’s commissions stand in parks, schools, hospitals, businesses, and private locations all over the world, including England, Switzerland, Dubai, China, and Australia.
