Sandy received her BFA from Colorado State University in 1993, and after a number of years in instructional roles she made her final career move to studio artist.  “I imagine that I will be sculpting for the rest of my days. I can’t really see it any other way.” Her unique style of exaggerated forms and negative spaces as well as the emotional content that she is able to express make her work unique.
