Amie Jacobsen is a sculptor and public artist working in steel and stainless steel. A lifelong creator, she produced work in painting, illustration, and graphic design before transitioning to 3D design and metalworking in 2015. She has since completed 14 outdoor public art commissions throughout the US, as well as numerous private commissions. Today, Amie owns and operates Farris Wheel Studios, a collaborative design+build studio and fabrication space with a mission to bring together experienced artists and craftspeople, leveraging their diverse talents to turn creative visions into reality.
