Jill Marino
Jill has been has served on the board for the past 10 years and participated in the show for 35 years.
My “why” for serving on the board is my love for giving back to the community, working with wonderful volunteers, and putting on the BEST outdoor Sculpture in the Park Show every year!

Greg Hoff - Vice President
Greg has been has served on the board and participated in the show since its first year, 1984.
“I enjoy the logistics of putting on the Sculpture in the Park show. It is amazing how many parts there are in this show. Hundreds of volunteers, tents, equipment, caterers, etc.”

Doug has served on the Board and has been a volunteer since 1998

Tracy Hogue
Tracy has served on the board for 12 years and has been a volunteer for the show for 25 years.
Here is her why:
To continue the vision that began in 1984, with the first Sculpture in the Park show. The board continues to preserve the beauty as well as the history at Benson Garden for all to enjoy.

Jade Windell - Executive Director
Jade, a Colorado native, received a scholarship to the Marble Institute of Colorado. His sculptures have been installed in Iowa; Minnesota; Missouri; and South Dakota, where he was awarded a best of show; Wyoming, where he took First Place in Sculpture at the Western Spirit Art Show; and the Colorado cities of Longmont , Loveland, Fort Collins, Carbondale, Lafayette, Greeley, and Estes Park, where he won the Founder’s Award in the Art Center of Estes Park’s Lines Into Shapes juried exhibition.
In 2019, Jade’s largest sculpture to date, "Why Oh Why", was chosen for permanent installation in Benson Sculpture Garden.
Jade has been a part of the sculpture show for decades, serves on Loveland’s Visual Arts Commission, and is a board member of Loveland High Plains Arts Council. -
Lisa Downer - Executive Director
Lisa has been on the board of directors for Loveland High Plains Arts Council for 4 years and is excited for her new role as Executive Director!
Lisa and her husband Dave are Montana natives that have lived in Loveland for over 27 years where they love raising their 3 daughters.
Lisa also operates local networking company, Noco Housewives Network and has over 25+ years of experience in Business management. -

Dan Herlihey
Dan has dedicated approximately 21 years of service on the Board, contributing his passion during two distinct stints. His remarkable involvement with the Sculpture in the Park show spans an inspiring 25 years.
Dan has dedicated himself as an invaluable member of the team, tirelessly working in the background with the setup and breakdown crew for the park. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of a well-executed show. -
Carey Hosterman
Carey Hosterman was born in Pennsylvania but lived most of his life in Colorado and recently moved to Cheyenne Wyoming. Carey is very excited to be part of Sculpture in the Park. Carey hopes to bring a lot of his knowledge of 33 years of sculpture building and working with Artiest, and over 20 years of Sculpture show experience to be put towards the Sculpture in the Park Show.
Carey has been a part of the Loveland art community for over 34 years. In 1991 Carey worked at Bronze Services. By 1994 Carey started Rocky Mountain Bronze Shop and is still operating in Cheyenne Wyoming with his amazing wife Amy Hosterman. Over the years Carey’s Love of being a sculptor never stopped always moving forward from Jewelry to Sculpting and Snow Sculpting competition. Carey has competed National and Internationally with teams from all over the world. Carey’s latest Bronze Sculpture monument was a Soldier’s Cross Standing at 20 feet tall for Johnstown J.M. post at I-25 and 402 exit on the east roundabout. Kara Kish
Kara Kish is the Director of Loveland Parks and Recreation. She relocated to Loveland in May 2023. Kara is a personal collector of art and sculpture. Her interests include reading, hiking, cooking, solving crosswords, and playing Scrabble. (Don’t forget to ask her about her Scrabble club!)
Kara has joined the board for the 2025 term.
“Serving on the board is the perfect blend of my professional and personal passions. As the LPRD Director, I oversee the management of Benson Sculpture Park. And, I personally value the impact sculpture brings to a public space, and the experience of art in our parks. Two pieces of sculpture from the show have found their way into my home, and their beauty affects me every day. I am proud to be a part of the team that continues to support and sustain this experience for others.”
