“I am honored that this will be my fifth year at Sculpture in the Park. It all started at the University of Colorado, where I studied architecture and art. I love combining materials to give a deeper perspective to a piece. Much of my inspiration comes from patterns in Navajo and Hopi Indian creations and patterns in nature. In recent years I won Best of Show at the Indian Wells Art Festival and a purchase award at the La Quinta Art Celebration, both in Palm Springs, California. I also have received awards for both sculpture and 3D work from the Sedona Arts Festival and the Denver Arts Festival. I am currently represented in the Wild Holly Gallery in Carefree, Arizona; Horses in Motion Gallery in Tubac, Arizona; and The Walnut Gallery in Longmont, Colorado.
