Specializing in enigmatic and thought-provoking pieces, Michelle Lamb manipulates found objects, recontextualizing them to fit uniquely unconventional narratives. Her meticulous treatments cause these objects to appear so integral to one another that they become an intriguing and satisfying riddle for the viewer to identify. She has received numerous awards and has had art displayed at Republic Plaza in Denver and various art venues around Colorado. Her work is included in the collections of Kaiser Permanente, the City of Littleton, Colorado, and Denver’s Regional Transportation District. A multidisciplinary artist, Michelle received her BFA from Colorado State University and has taught various forms of sculpting locally, nationally, and internationally.
